The two-month internship begins in the summer when students have completed their academic course of study. The internship is a required full-time supervised practical work experience. The internship is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their ability to apply the skills that they acquired during the course of study in the MS in International Management.
The organizational structure of the internship is a partnership between the student and the employer. This partnership is founded on a vision and a set of goals that describe what the student must accomplish by the end of his or her experience. Before the experience begins, a mutually developed, understanding of the exact parameters that will shape the experience will be agreed upon.
The student will receive coaching, advising, and access to professional networks to help them in their search for an internship. It is the responsibility of the student to find an appropriate internship.
