Managers are accountable not only to agencies that fund them, but also to the board, program partners, stakeholders and populations they seek to serve.

The course will provide an understanding of civil society, social enterprise and the nonprofit sector; strategic planning; collaboration and partnerships. Students will engage with the material through case studies & assignments, readings, class guests, interactive problem solving workshops and a final group project.
