The goal of this course is to familiarize managers with the field of international business, management, and operations. In this course you will review, critically consider and discuss a variety of contemporary issues in international strategic management. Students will learn about the manager’s role within the dynamic global environment of business management.

The social, economic and technological environment for strategy formulation and execution is changing at an unprecedented rate and the evolution of strategic thinking, processes and tools has been greatly affected.
