Welcome to Legal Studies and the Study of Law!
This course provides students with the practical knowledge of how the Law applies, both at the national level as well as the international level. Students will learn how to create contracts, and through case studies and caselaw, how to understand and analyze the rationale behind the Law (United States and Public International Law (PIL)). The course will then focus on different niches of Public International Law, where students will examine global issues from a legal standpoint.
