Working with a coach, students will document their year-long learning journey through an e-portfolio to be presented to a review committee for approval prior to completion of the MSIM program. Beginning in the fall semester MGT 604 and ending in the summer MGT 605, students will be required to provide evidence and reflection about their learning in the area of MSIM Leadership Competencies, through course knowledge, professional workshops, conferences and boot-camps, master classes, online classes, team projects, pre-course and post-course work, and other professional and academic experiences.
