Working with a coach, students will continue to document their year-long learning journey through the learning e-portfolio to be presented to a review committee for approval prior to completion of the MSIM program. Beginning in the fall semester and ending in the summer, students will be required to provide evidence and reflection about their learning in the area of MSIM Leadership Competencies, through course knowledge, professional workshops, conferences and boot-camps, master classes, online classes, team projects, pre-course and post-course work, and other professional and academic experiences.
