Reporting Information and Options

This information is to support any member of the Franklin University Switzerland community who has experienced, witnessed, or learned of suspected sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, sexual harassment, or a bias incident on campus or involving members of the Franklin community.

For emergency assistance, please call the Franklin Emergency Number: +41 79 211 4689 or contact other emergency contacts for assistance and support. The RA on duty will be able to assist you. Their protocol is to call the University Counselor for sexual assault related incidents. If you are uncomfortable telling the RA what happened you can ask them to contact the University Counselor directly. The counselor can make sure that you are medically safe, can accompany you to the hospital or to the doctor, and can translate for you. Your information can remain confidential with the counselor or you can choose to file a formal police report and/or make a report to the Franklin Judicial Co-Chairs who will determine if the case should go to a Judicial hearing panel. 

You can make a report using one of the options below. Your report will be read during office hours. To make a Title IX report, please contact Rebecca Mills, Title IX Coordinator at: titleixcoordinator@fus.edu or Tel:+1-802-363-6791. Her office hours are on Mondays and by appointment. Her office is located on the first floor of the North Campus Villa.
