Career Readiness

The Career Readiness team aims to build a foundation from which Franklin students demonstrate essential competencies that prepare them for success in a graduate program and/or lifelong career management.

Career Readiness Team

The Career Readiness team plays a vital role in the transition process for students preparing to develop into working professionals or those looking to develop and explore their skills through graduation school programs. The team can assist students in advancing their professional skills, including, but not limited to, resume/CV refinement, interview skills, job and internship search skills, and graduate school applications. In addition to Alumni and Parent Relations and the Writing and Learning Center, the Career Readiness team provides one-on-one support, interactive programs, connections with professionals, and other dynamic opportunities.
